Karen is my secret beauty weapon. She's a genius at what she does. She knows how to completely transform my look EVERY time. I walk out of there feeling like my face is back in harmony and everything is working again.

I love Karen because she takes it so seriously. She's never on "auto pilot" like a lot of other people have been. Instead, she takes her time, pays attention to every last detail and she's never rushes through the job.

She makes me look great. I get results. I love that. She also taught me better ways to do my makeup.

For me, I think of Karen is one of the benefits of living in L.A.

Eyebrows to die for

This place is a hot, upscale make-up studio. I happened upon Karen looking for the right eyeshadow. I not only found that, but she made a few simple changes that completely changed the look of my face. The most important one being shaping my eyebrows. I just cant believe how awesome they look. Besides being incredible good at what she does, she is super sweet and really personable. The long distance (70 miles) I travel is totally worth it.

Eyebrows that are a work of art...

Okay, here's my eyebrow experience. Before Karen, I considered eyebrows an accessory--mainly because I had never had them done in a way that made them look like features in their own right. Or, when they were done they looked so gnarly, they drew the wrong kind of attention to them. Now, thanks to the artistry of Karen, I actually get compliments on them! I mean who ever gets compliments on their eyebrows? Actually, what I often get first is compliments on my eyes, then I tell them it's really the eyebrows that are bringing out my eyes. Here's the best part--I always come out of her cool little space looking at least 5-7years younger. So, before you dish out a couple of grand on an eyebrow lift, try Karen first. Oh, one more thing. She's got this little thing of cover up that works like magic on getting the red out of my skin tone. No other product--and I've tried tons--works as well as this one. The long and short of all this is that I've gone to Karen now for about six years and I plan on going there until I'm a little old lady.

Karen is amazing. I have been going to her for three years and refuse to go anywhere else. She has completely changed the shape of my brows -- she helped me grow them back after years of abuse at other salons, and now they are perfectly manicured to my face. Not only is she an eyebrow guru, but she's also a wonderful person and I always look forward to our visits. Highly Recommended. Oh and her makeup line can't be beat.

I cannot say enough about Karen Scott. I entered her salon a couple of months ago as an "eyebrow virgin," so to speak. Even though I am in my mid-thirties, I had never had my eyebrows professionally shaped. Who knew I was missing so much?! Honestly I wish I had taken a before and after photo...Karen transformed my entire face within 15 short, painless minutes of her expert shaping. I never knew that eyebrows could make such a difference, when shaped well by a talented stylist like Karen. I actually landed a job just days after my first appointment, and gave Karen all the credit. "It was the eyebrows!"

She is delicate with her touch, sensitive to your likes and dislikes, and kind in her spirit. She is flexible beyond belief for a stylist in LA, affordable and centrally located with lots of parking...all big bonuses in this town!

Eyebrows and makeup that change your life!

I have been having my eyebrows waxed and/or plucked professionally for over 20 years, not only in California, but in other states as well, and finally I can say that I am having my eyebrows styled. Until I went to Karen, no one every noticed my eyebrows, but after my first visit to Karen, someone stopped me at work and complemented my eyebrows, saying how great they looked! It made me feel so good about myself and I was glowing the whole day. Karen is an artist and really stylizes your eyebrows to flatter your face...and she does it so painlessly to boot! No more clenching my teeth while I sit there having my brows plucked or waxed.

It is amazing how something like your eyebrows can make such a statement but it does...after you've seen Karen! Every time I leave her studio, I feel like a new woman. And the extra touches are a nice treat as well. Before you leave her chair, she touches up your face with the most amazing product I've ever seen and then puts some lip gloss on you and sends you on your way feeling beautiful! Karen is the best of the best! I drive from the West Valley just to see her and highly recommend her to everyone!
